I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right on the river in Gatlinburg and within walking distance to the main downtown area. The rooms were updated, clean, and had a fantastic view. The service was top-notch, and I didn't have to drive anywhere because everything was so close. The dining experience was delightful with a lovely fruit buffet. However, there were some minor issues with the facilities and price.

The location was perfect, very close to many hiking trails and everything in Gatlinburg, yet still peaceful away from the main street buzz. The dining experience was excellent, with the best pizza in town. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the price being a bit high, but it was definitely worth it for the value received.
